Business Visa

- Business Innovation Stream

  • This stream is for business owners and investors who have had a proven history in successful business ownership and management over a period of time. Must have an interest to reside, establish and maintain Business in Australia upon getting the visa. Current Business turn over – AUD750,000 turnover for at least 2 out of 4 fiscal years. Investment AUD1.25 million in net and personal assets.
  • Must be less than 55 years. Points tested. 

- Investor Stream

  • For people who want to make a designated investment of at least AUD 2.5 million in an Australian state or territory and maintain business and investment activity in Australia.
  • Must be less than 55 years. Points tested. 

- Significant Investor Stream

  • For people who are willing to invest at least AUD$ 5 million into complying significant investments in Australia and want to maintain business and investment activity in Australia. NO points test. NO age limits. 
  • Investment– AUD $5,000,000 (Investment must be lawfully acquired, unencumbered, available to be used to make the complying investment in Australia) 

- Premium Significant Investor Stream

  • For people who are willing to invest at least AUD$ 15 million into complying premium investments in Australia and want to maintain business and investment activity in Australia. NO Age limit, No Point test. 
  • Investment –AUD $15,000,000

Employment Visa

- Temporary Activity Visas

  • This is for professionals in following areas who are either supported or sponsored by an eligible Australian Organisation, 
  • Entertainment Industry  –  (e.g. Musicians, Artists and Musical groups and their crew who are visiting for Musical shows, Charity and profitable events, etc)
  • Participate in activities at the invitation of an Australian organisation
  • Participate or observe Australian Research projects
  • Work in a Skilled position under a staff engagement arrangement
  • Participate in high level sports competitions or sport training programs
  • Participate in special programs approved by the department that provides opportunities for youth exchange, cultural enrichment or community benefits
  • Do religious work
  • Be employed as Superyacht crew member
  • To perform Domestic work in the household of certain foreign executives
  • To participate in Government endorsed events.

- Temporary Skilled Shortage Visa

  • This visa lets an employer sponsor a suitable skilled worker to fill theposition for which a skilled Australian cannot be found to fill There is no age requirement for this visa. Family can be included.
  • Long term work visa to work in applicant’s nominated occupation for their sponsored employer. You must be nominated by the employer to fill in the position.

- Employer Nomination Scheme

  • A permanent employment visa for skilled workers. Applicant must be nominated by an Australian Employer.  There are 3 different streams which has its own requirements. 
  • Applicant must meet Skills, Qualifications and English requirements of the position.

Family Visa

If you’re seeking family sponsorship, it’s possible through a relative who is an Australian citizen or permanent resident. This sponsoring family member must be settled in Australia and have a kinship with the applicant, which includes partners, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, or their step or adopted equivalents.

- Aged Dependant Visa

  • Designed for elderly single applicants who rely on their Australian relatives for support and are eligible for the Australian Aged Pension.

- Carer Visa

  • Tailored for applicants willing and able to provide care for a relative with a long-term or permanent medical condition, offering essential medical support for their family members.

- Child Visa

  • An option for children residing outside Australia who wish to reunite and reside with their Australian parents.

- Parent Visa

  • Available for eligible parents sponsored by their children who are permanent residents of Australia. Sponsoring children must hold Australian citizenship, Australian permanent residency, or be eligible New Zealand citizens.

- Prospective Marriage Visa

  • A 9-month visa facilitating individuals to come to Australia to marry their fiancé. Sponsorship is required from the prospective fiancé, who must be an Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, or eligible New Zealand Citizen.

- Partner Visa

  • Allows the De facto Partner or Spouse of an Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, or eligible New Zealand Citizen to establish permanent residency in Australia. We also offer support for Temporary Partner Visa holders facing family violence or sponsor-related issues.

- Remaining Relative Visa

  • Designed for applicants sponsored by eligible close relatives living in Australia, where the sponsoring relative is the only family member in Australia.

Student Visa

This visa allows international students to enroll in an eligible course of study. We provide assistance for both onshore and offshore students. 

The course levels we can assist with are as follows, 

  1. Foundation
  2. TAFE
  3. Bachelors Degree
  4. Masters (Coursework and Research)
  5. PhD


We provide assistance with the international university admission process with selected universities to our clients.

Students must be genuine temporary entrants who can satisfy all requirements including Academic, and English, have the financial capacity to fund their stay, able to meet health and character requirements. Students must also have the Overseas Student Health Cover to cover the duration of the course. 

This is a temporary visa that allows international students to live, study, and work after international students complete their studies.

There are 4 streams in this visa. 

- Graduate Visas

  • This steam is for international students who have recently graduated with qualifications that are relevant to specific occupations Australia needs. The relevant qualification is relevant to an occupation on the skilled occupation list and have applied for a skills assessment in your nominated occupation.  Applicants must meet Australian Study requirements, English, Health, and character requirements. 

- Post-Study Work Visa

  • This stream is for international students who have completed and graduated with a degree (Bachelor, Master or PhD) from an Australian Institution. Applicants must meet Australian Study requirements, English, Health, and character requirements. 

- Second Post-Study Work Visa

  • This is for Temporary Graduate visa holders (first Post-Study Work stream or Replacement stream) who graduated with a degree from an Australian institution located in a regional area. This will allow eligible visa holders to extend their visas. 

- Replacement Visa

  • This visa is for current and former Temporary Graduate visa holders who lost time on their original visa due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. 

Skilled Migration

- General Skilled Migration

  • We provide services to skilled individuals and families to permanently migrate to Australia. Currently, we provide our assistance to subclass 189 and 190 visas under this category.
  • Skilled occupations listed under the skilled occupations list and for clients who are less than 45 years old can consider applying. Other requirements to be satisfied are English, Academics etc. Health and Character requirements must be satisfied by all applicants.
  • We also offer our services to candidates who are seeking pathway options via the General Skilled Migration Process. The subclass 491 is designed for skilled people nominated by a state or territory government to live and work in regional Australia.
  • The above visa subclasses are points-tested visas. Points are granted for Age, Academic, English language skills, Work experience etc.

- Graduate Visas

  • For students who have completed eligible studies in Australia and who can satisfy requirements.

- Working Holiday Visas

  • Available for eligible passport holders between 18 and 31 years of ages.

Visitor Visa

  • This visa allows Australian Permanent Residents to return to Australia after the travel validity expires on their current/expired Australian Permanent Residency visas. This visa allows current and former residents to regain entry to the country and continue to live in Australia.
