Director

Thilinika Wijesinghe

Thilinika Wijesinghe, is our Senior Migration Agent and Director of Reliance International Migration Services and Reliance International Migration and Education Service Pty Ltd who has built a firm foundation for Reliance based on integrity and transparency and thrives for excellence in our services. Thilinikas has extensive experience in International Student Recruitment, Australian migration, and various visas collectively for nearly 20 years which includes previous employments as Manager at IDP Sri Lanka, Admissions and Recruitment roles at Swinburne University and Monash University Australia. Over the years Thilinika has assisted a large number of clients from diverse backgrounds to achieve their study goal or migration goal. Her experience spans across, Career Counselling, Admissions in various international qualifications, Recruitment, Conversion and extensive knowledge in various Australian visas.

Accounts Director / Education Consultant

Priyan De Silva

Priyan De Silva is our Accounts Director / Education Consultant of Reliance International Migration Services and is also a Director of Reliance International Migration and Education Service Pty Ltd . A graduate from Deakin University with majors in Accounting, finance and Financial Planning, Priyan brings an in depth knowledge and skill to the practice. Priyan has also held many positions in diverse community clubs and societies in Melbourne, through which a wide range of contacts are accessible to serve our clients with some of their basic settling in needs. Once an International Students himself, Priyan understands the life and circumstances of a new entrant to Australia, which adds a personal arm to our service.

Country Representative Sri Lanka

Gamini Kuruppu

We are happy to introduce our Country Representative – Sri Lanka Office, Gamini Kuruppu, who has an extensive background in Marketing and Management for over 30 years. His expertise varies in a range of fields such as Education and Migration, Shipping, Tourism, Property Development and Real Estate, Recruitment and Investment Facilitation. Gamini is currently engaged in entrepreneurship primarily in Sri Lanka while partnering with Reliance International Migration Services. Gamini brings to the table valuable expertise, skill, knowledge and leadership and we are excited to see our Sri Lanka office take wing under his guidance.

Manager, Melbourne Office

Rukshani Gunewardena

Our Manager, Rukshani Gunewardena brings to the table over 17 years of Admin and HR, experience, having served in the Banking sector, Mercantile sector and an NGO. She has been a part of the Reliance team since 2021 and currently manages a range of duties for the organization. Having a love for HR she is happy to bring in her expertise to the field of Migration and serve at Reliance International Migration Services, which enables her to use her skills not just to do a job but to help people better their lives.
